Bubba Becomes E.V. urban legend

MOST WANTED: A comical "Attempt to locate" flier reads "Goes by the name of Bubba Brownbeaver." Was last seen on the north side of the lake on 4/4/03 after fleeing from bike patrol officers and park rangers. Is wanted for fishing without a license, swimming, urban camping, park curfew and now felony flight. He frequents Tempe Town Lake and is described as a heavy set North American brown beaver with a thick coat".
