Missing niece of Tempe mayor found safe

Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman’s teenage niece, missing since last weekend, was found in good condition and reunited with her family Friday morning. Police said they are investigating the disappearance of Paige Hallman, 16, (pictured) as a possible runaway incident.
